NOTE: THIS IS A MUSHY CUDDLY OOMPY RANT SO PLEASE AVOID IF ALLERGIC.1 year and months ago, i almost thought i would turn my back on true love after the mother of all break-ups. i wanted to believe only in fun dating,no strings attached.
it was a bloody amusing but chaotic phase.
then i met new people and reconciled with some old ones. and some of these people are still staying in touch. and among these people, was wan.
its funny, i knew him a looong time ago.
back when i was still IRC-ing away. how long was that. 6 , 7 years ago? we were mere acquaintances. we led different lives, came from different backgrounds, had different groups of friends, basically we were just DIFFERENT.
and still very much are :)
albeit that, we managed to put all these differences aside 1 year and months ago and we beautifully bonded.
he learnt of my world and i learnt of his.
of lipglosses that shine, fat cats, children, hip hop and gothic novels.
of the ataris, homemade theories, medical stuff and organizing gigs.
of course, it wasnt THAT easy. it took a whole lot of patience, tears and compromises.
still, its amazing how our outings differ all the time.
suddenly there's so many things to do, places to discover, exotic dishes to try, nature paths to venture, new plans to undertake and the list goes on.
and i've never been this genuinely happy with someone :)
and i realize i've never declare this on my blog before,
